Nalom Limited Warranty:
Thank you for choosing a Nalom timepiece. Every Nalom watch is built with meticulous attention to detail and precision engineering. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage, duration, and conditions that apply to your watch.
Warranty Term:
This Nalom timepiece is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
During this period, Nalom will repair or replace, at its discretion, any component that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues affecting the movement, case, hands, or dial. It includes defects such as:
• Movement failure
• Defective winding or setting mechanisms
• Loss of water resistance within the rated ATM limit
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, neglect, impact, or unauthorized repair/modification
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches to case, crystal, bracelet or clasp
• Strap wear or fading
• Cosmetic aging
• Water damage caused by exceeding the rated water resistance
ServiceProcess:
Service instructions and authorized service procedures will be provided prior to the first delivery of Chapter I. No warranty service will be accepted prior to official delivery.
Transferability:
Warranty remains valid during the two-year term provided the watch has not been altered or serviced outside authorized channels.
Warranty Coverage Summary:
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and assures that every Nalom timepiece will be repaired or replaced if it proves defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. Nalom’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the remedies stated herein and does not extend beyond them.
Limitations of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nalom’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement, of the timepiece as described in this warranty. Nalom and its affiliates, distributors, and service partners shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of time, income, or profits
• Missed opportunities or business interruptions
• Damage to or loss of other property
• Personal injury resulting from misuse or malfunction
• Emotional distress, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or any other legal theory, even if Nalom has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
Where such disclaimers are not permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty period stated herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply in all cases. In such jurisdictions, Nalom’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of this warranty is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
